In the report for action of its proposed micromobility strategy, the City of Toronto Transportation Services found that “public feedback is generally favorable for allowing low-speed vehicles (LSVs) that can be used for utilitarian travel, while being greener and safer than heavier, faster cars, SUVs, vans or trucks,” with key uses for the LSVs being for personal travel and private-owned and commercial parcel delivery services.
